Dr. Joyce Pittman

She is an award winning, leading international researcher and educator for over 40 years. Dr. Pittman organizes and leads research with associates in designing collaborations to achieve their goals. Her global projects include exploring issues related to educational transformation, equity research, technology and tourism. She is often invited for keynote addresses at major conferences worldwide and shares her work in books, articles and publications.

Coaching and Mentoring Globally


She has three earned degrees including a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction specializing in virtual learning, educational technology research and digital equity. A special focus is on working to create educational and tourism collaborations between developed and developing countries and cultures through open source technologies.

Dr. Joyce Pittman is a professor emeritus with expertise in online learning, educational leadership, curriculum & instruction and research. She was an active participant in in the civil rights movement in the south, and was recognized by the New York Times, Schools for the Future initiative as a voice of future during an inaugural of this initiative. As board Secretary for the World Council on Curriculum and Instruction (WCCI-NGO), she is known worldwide by UNESCO members and leaders as a visionary leader in the international education arena.
